 WHERE DO I LOOK? (5)

 LOOK AND LIVE!

Living God's purposed life on earth can only be a reality by looking unto Him- JESUS. Our living for Him is anchored on our looking on Him. We look to Him and be like Him. "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the LORD" (2 Corinthians  3:18).The secret to living a glorious life here is by beholding Him because He is the source and giver of all Glory. 

You see, Glory is not of this world, it is God's image and  anywhere you find anything glorious, there is a divine involvement. Only God gives and makes glorious. Keep this in mind, you only benefit of His Glory when you gaze or look to Him and you become His Glory when you behold Him wholeheartedly with open face.

No wonder this scripture, Hebrews 12:2 _Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God._  Jesus only is the starter and end, initiator and perfecter, origin and completeness of our faith. Looking unto Him makes our living for Him possible.

Beloved, remember, "without faith, it is impossible to please Him..." (Hebrews 11:6). Living or fulfilling God's purpose on earth is key to pleasing God. Since everything about our FAITH  is dependent and inseparable from Him, then looking on Him is the only way to live. 

You look on Him, You live His Purpose, 

You look on Him, You live His Passion, 

You look on Him, You live His Plans, 

You look on Him, You live His Desires, 

You look on Him, You live in His Will, and

You look on Him, You live in His Power.

 "And the LORD said...when he looketh upon it, shall live" (Numbers  21:8).

We can only live a purpose-driven and purpose-fulfilling life by LOOKING
UNTO JESUS. 

Look and Live, beloved I say Look and Live!!!

Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces...I will now say, Peace be within thee. Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good" (Psalm 122:6-10). Please Lord, Let your peace reign over Nigeria in Jesus' name.
