ASK!!! (3)

A common instruction introducing examinations comes this way, "follow the instruction below". For every examination participants to make outstanding outcome, the stated instructions must be followed to letter which we often comply with. Sadly, when it comes to biblical instructions, Christian principles, and divine injunctions, we find it difficult to adhere. A particular one we have been considering in previous issues on (TRR)- ASK! 

Ask, and it shall be given you: seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth: and he that seeketh  findeth: and to him that knocketh it shall be opened" (Matthew 7:7-8). Asking is the pathway to receiving. As far as God and His Word is concerned, a simple way to receiving blessings from God is by asking in faith. "But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the lord".(James 1:6,7)

Beloved, let us not cheat are self in our relationship with God, God has inexhaustible resources enough to meet the needs of men on the earth, leaving just one responsibility to men wish is to ASK, and that, in faith. 

"And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that will I will do, that the father may be glorified in son". (John 14:13)

Ask and ye shall receive.

 LET US PRAY FOR NIGERIA!   (DAY 2)   "And seek the peace of the city...and pray unto the LORD for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace."  LET US PRAY FOR NIGERIA!   (DAY 5) "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem[Nigeria]: they shall prosper that love thee. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces...I will now say, Peace be within thee. Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good" (Psalm 122:6-10). Please Lord, Let your peace reign over Nigeria in Jesus' name.
